Rates

Individual Handyman services are billed at $70.00/hr.

Small jobs (an hour or less) are $80.00 min.

For larger projects, the pay scale can be altered according to the job.  

As always, there is no charge to meet and discuss your home improvement needs. I can give you an idea of what it may cost in materials and labor, then you can decide from there. I realize that it is standard practice for new clients to get different estimates for a project. This is a prudent practice, and I encourage you to do so. What I can help you do is to get an idea of realistic costs and scheduling for your project so that you can compare against the market.
